Our family mostly rode alone with our friend Mike Schriber in his 4X4 Jeep.  Mike is not afraid to take this beast most anywhere.  Where else would you go in the desert then to the sea.  Here we are at the Salton Sea.

Mike's Sister, her husband and a couple of friends also came out with their dune buggies.  Along with us in the Jeep and Dave on his Dual Sport, we spent a lot of Saturday exploring the desert and the Superstition Mountains. Capri and her friend Alex rode along in the dune buggy.

We explored some of the canyons and they got pretty narrow. 

Some of the area we went through was part of a bombing range.  I guess I have to learn some things the hard way.
