We took a day trip from our base camp in Springdale to Bryce National Park.  It is about a 90 minute drive each way but we did not feel like moving the camper for this distance.  It is an expensive drive also if towing a camper, because on the road in Zion there is a tunnel you have to pass through and since it was dug in the 30's it is to small to handle 2 way traffic with larger vehicles.  To pass through you have to stop and pay $15 (each way) to have the park rangers stop traffic to let you through alone.

At Bryce, we took a hike called Wall Street amongst the Hoodoos.

This hike is truly amazing.  I did not have that high of expectations for Bryce, but I was very wrong.

The main section of the incredible geological formations is not all the big of an area, only a couple square miles, but it really packed a punch.
